RecommendedI had both of my Toyota’s serviced my Pappas Toyota yesterday. And as normal the work was outstanding. I have had most all my service work performed at this Toyota dealership for years and highly recommend them fir any services that need to be performed on your vehicles

Liars. I said NUMEROUS times I didn’t want to open a Toyota credit card. I even spoke to a sales manager about NOT wanting a credit card. Guess what I got in the mail yesterday. A Toyota credit card. They fraudulently opened a credit card without my consent. It’s disgusting and unethical. Don’t ever do business at this dealership.

I was highly disappointed!!! Was there for a air bag recall which they fix in a timely manner. I asked if he could add air to my tire be cause the warning light just came on never added air. They asked if they could do an 21 inspection never got a email with the information. He called said car was done . I asked if car was washed like I requested and he said no he have to call me back! So I tried talking to the service manager twice and never called me back!!
Update: Currently in touch with a service manager and will update the review accordingly upon resolution of the situation. I have recommended this dealership to a few friends in the past, but will not do so in the future. My wife and I purchased our 2019 Rav4 Limited new from the dealership and had a pretty positive experience overall with the sales department. RecommendedJuan Hernandez our sales person was great!!! He listened to what we wanted when I spoke with him on the phone. When I complained about Hamer not participating in the Costco car buying program which would have been invoice plus $850 for our Highlander, he told me about the AAA program that Hamer does participate in which is invoice plus $0!!!
