Arlington Toyota used to be a good place to go but they have since lost their integrity and my personal business. I was lied to and informed they replaced my tire 11/25/2020. Just barely over a month later I was on the side of the highway on my rim. Same tire that was “replaced”. RecommendedSo people usually are always the first to complain but I am going to end the year on a good note My brand new highlander was recently involved in a pretty significant accident about 12 days ago, no one was injured thank god. RecommendedBrian Blum and Ashley helped the buying process be so easy. We called them while being station in CA, let them know we where headed cross country and told them what we wanted. Put a holding payment down on a Tacoma, walked in the 28th at 11am, and was walking out with keys in hand by 1. Very easy and quick!! Happy we saved over $10,000 buying here instead of CA! I love my new truck!!

RecommendedI recently had a warranty/recall service done with Toyota. It was frustrating to not have general timelines for the work that was being done however, I was happy with the service. They returned the car to the body shop when they were not satisfied with the work that was done. While my car was at the dealership, someone backed into my car, the bumper was replaced on Toyota's dime. Despite the timeline, I was happy with the level of responsibility and care taken by Toyota.
