RecommendedToday was my first visit to the Basil Toyota service center here in Lockport, NY. My car was in need of an inspection. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable. I especially impressed by the text option. I was sent a text from the service technician regarding additional service recommendations my car needed. I was able to confirm and accept the services without walking back to the service desk. I will definitely continue to use the service center for all my cars service needs

I called asking for information, after I received an email with special offer, because I was a client. The vendor me to wait 45 minutes for him to call me back, but he never called. I texted him and he responded that the car I was interested was sold and that he was too busy due to the sale. Why they send me an email if they are not interested in my business?

Service department prices are ridiculously high! Told me they could do all new front brakes for $455! I just had my front brakes on a truck completely done for $309. I passed. $34.95 for a tire rotation? The most I have ever paid was $19.99. If they’re slow, a rotation should take 10 minutes at most. I’ve always been told that dealer repair shops are a ripoff. RecommendedThe service was great we had our prius in for a part that would have cost us thousands to fix but they found an extended warranty that covered all the parts and labor so it didnt cost us a penny ,wich was fortunate right after the holiday season. Also they had it fixed and back to us before our scheduled pick up date. Id recommend them especially Josh in service.Great guy. thanks again sincerely, Mr.Jeremy,Brandy Hahn.
When you state in writing you topped off fluids, customer should not find wiper fluid container in need of a pint of solution.This makes me wonder if my oil change and tire rotation was really completed??
