I had an appointment and drove over 1 hr with staying in contact all the way there and NOT one time did they say they sold the car I was going to buy. I even texted 30 minutes away letting them know still on our way. When we got there All the manager could say was he was not aware in a different department nor did they know that a sales person sold it.
