RecommendedMr. Theron helped me out so much and did his best to get me in what I wanted. He worked with me on price point and made sure I was in what I could afford.
Normally I have great service from them, but when I got home and tried to wash my window, I had not a drop of washer fluid that they claimed they topped off. I had to buy a container and used the whole thing. This was after I spent $932 on service. You think for that price everything would be full, but nope. Not happy!!

RecommendedNever had a better experience with a automobile dealership in my 27 years of purchasing vehicles about 1 to 2 every 2 years. The salesman Ellis and his manager Ivan were not only very polite but very helpful in making a fair deal happen for me when other Toyota dealers told me it was impossible. What really stuck out was that the manager kept in close contact with me during the whole process. Highly recommend these 2 along with the dealership for your car buying needs.
This car dealership was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced trying to lease a car. Neither the GM or Maria, the finance person didn't even have the courtesy to put on a mask sitting across from us. Marina, the sales manager, last minute went back on the deal we negotiated earlier in the week, and threw in a few dirty looks as she lied and threw the papers across the table. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your time here.
