I sat for over 2 hours waiting on an oil change while people were stealing my property out of the inside of my 4Runner. I brought it to the attention of the floor manager and the service manager. I left a negative review and so did many others. they all have been removed and their user rating is completely deceptive and fraudulent. the coxkt and arrogant fiannace manager is why me and my family left the dealership. he lied straight to our face. hes only interest in getting the best finance deal that favors the dealership.
