I made an appt for an oil change and I ended up being there for 3 hours. It was insane. Never had to wait that long in my life for an oil change. I went one time before and also had about a 2 hour wait. I thought it was just a fluke and they were having an off day so I went back to try again.... only go if you don’t mind waiting for hours .

RecommendedCharley from Toyota of Melbourne was super helpful during my visit today. I recently totaled my vehicle and was not excited to go shopping for a new one, but he helped me figure out what I needed and what I wanted, and helped to get me into a vehicle. I have never been to this Toyota location before but I am glad I stopped by today.

I bought a used vehicle from them, and found out there was a piece on the window that needed to be fixed. I’ve taken it up there 4 times to get fixed and it’s been done incorrectly every time. This last time they salesman Gary laughed because it was not done right he thinks everything is a joke!!! Please don’t ever buy anything from here or take it to get serviced you will regret it.
