I’ll start with the financing team, they did great! Very happy with my interest rate and I absolutely love the bank that they got me my loan through. However, after purchasing I’ve run into so many issues with my Durango and the dealership has been such a pain to deal with, the customer service just really doesn’t seem like it’s there, it takes so much to get ahold of literally anybody. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have purchased 4 vehicles through this place and I truly regret it. Every time I have an issue regarding a repair I'm given nothing but a BS response or fix to the problem. The service manager is rude and does not listen. The sales guy who sold me my car is no longer working there and I was not given the things I was told I would. No one keeps their word. Still waiting on a truck,Someone has to stand up to lies and deception and not just go away.What ever happened to a mans word,honor,hand shake would be all you need amongst men.
