I went on the 28th. it was completely a scam. I called to confirm the car was still available. Not 1 time did the person tell me they charge a $1000 service fee and the car wasn't ready. It was a total waste of time, especially after hearing that and then seeing the $900 TT&L charge. the car was $6800. TT&L would be around $600. I wasn't going to finance the car, LOL! Also, in your County. it is required that all must wear mask, which your employees were not. . .

RecommendedThey were getting the exact vehicle that I wanted. Although I had to wait for it to be manufactured and delivered, it did arrive as promised. No punches pulled,shenanigans, high pressure sales tactics,or hidden up charges when it came time to sign the paperwork. I would consider buying from Basil Toyota again.

This place is awful. They take advantage of people then they don’t do their jobs properly. I’m still waiting for the title to my car that I paid cash for. I had to call them dozens of times to find out what happened. They over charge with fees and make a person feel as though there are no other options. And when they have your money they don’t care what happens. Almost 4 months from time of purchase and I’ve had to chase them down to get things processed properly.
