I had been to several car dealerships in the past two weeks looking for a used car and all I experienced was salesman trying to sale me what I didn't ask for until I met Cliff and Ethan. They were so patient with me . They gave me my space to look around the place and check out some cars without asking about my finances and credit or paperwork like all the other places. I felt very comfortable with them and will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks guys, the new place looks great

Although my husband and I have only purchased two brand new cars in our marriage, Milton Martin Toyota was the best experience. Sloan S. And Jason S. wanted to see us leave in our dream car and did everything possible to make it happen without being too pushy. We also had great conversation as we waited with Cliff W. So happy with the customer service and the ability to drive our new RAV4 Limited off the lot. If anyone is looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend Milton Martin Toyota.

I have always had Toyota cars and went to the dealership for service on them. They do a great job! The only problem I had was I went to the dealership because my check engine light came on. I was told to come back all the tecs was at lunch. There was no one that could help me. Then the young lady told me to go to Auto Zone. I was not happy. I had gotten off work early to take care of this problem. When I did return I found out that it was a 860$ problem. I have been a customer for many years and am always satisfied. Brought my 4 runner in for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician found a nail in my tire. I explained that I was exchanging cars with my son tomorrow (Sunday) at college and it was a couple of hours from here. Even though your service department was closing they offered to go ahead and fix the tire for me. Nothing like hometown service from a dealership that clearly is customer focused. Thank you guys so much!!!
