I have had positive service from day one at Milton Martin Toyota, the staff are great I sent a friend there and they too had a good experience. An example a recent service I thought I only needed a quick lube service but found out it was a 60 k service not only did they take me in without an appointment but they said it would be 1.5 hours so I looked at the new Prius while waiting, as I was sitting down to wait the car the service tech said we have your car ready, it was only 40 minutes! I appreciate the responsiveness via text and email to all my questions. I never felt pressured in anyway. I had been looking for a specific vehicle for about 3 weeks and was beginning to lose hope. I was staying mainly in Marietta area to no avail. Once I went to Buford to see a car at a Honda dealership. I called before I drove an hour to see the car. Bate and Switch! I wasn't crazy about the drive to Milton Martin but it paid off in every way. I will buy my next car from them. Everyone I dealt with was beyond courteous.
I was met and greeted immediately and kept aware of my repair throughout. I appreciate the no pressure atmosphere. Thanks, I will be back.

My experience purchasing my 2012 Highlander was better than I expected. Chad was patient as he answered many questions. I don't normally trust car salesmen (sorry) I did Chad. My son-in-lw also bought a new four runner. I will return to MMT for service. I am enjoying my Highlander. Sandy

Today at 6:45pm Very disappointed in the customer service that i recently received. Bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna in 2014. I have Gotten the tires rotated and oil changed regularly and as recommended. the "80,000 mile tires" that were purchased with the car have apparently given out at less than 30,000 miles. I wasn't verbally informed until after 30.000 miles, and the company has refused to help with any of the costs of 4 new tires. As a family of five, with 3 very small children this is outrageous and very upsetting. I love ... read more
