My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. Excellent work, only complaint is new opener is nosier than the one it replaced.
I called Mr. Millsaps at 7:30 in the morning, he was at my house at 8:45 to verify what was needed and returned at 11:45 to replace garage door springs. Excellent, fast service and an excellent job!
Millsaps was very punctual. Work was expedited very quickly too.
Even though I live nearly an hour from this business, he still drove all the way to my residence even though I was his only stop. Seemed to be very thorough in checking everything out. I thought the price was a little steep, but I guess in today's society with gas prices and etc., you will have to pay a little more than what you think. I am very satisfied with the results however.
Very promptly and showed courtesy. Great work and cleaned all mess before he left. Even took garbage with him.
On time and great service.
He was prompt, courteous, professional and finished the job in the same week. Highly recommend
