My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. Were very quick responding. Sent two technicians who tried to fix the old door first; went over the problem and alternatives; ordered the new closer necessary and did the installation on a timely basis. Stuck to the price that was quoted.
Great experience with no surprises. Quality work done on time and at the price quoted. I highly recommend Mr. Millsaps to anyone and would gladly use his service again.
Terry contacted me right away on Sunday evening when I placed the request on HA. After discussing the situation, he knew it was a broken spring. He got the information he needed over the phone so he could pick up the replacement materials on his way to my home so he could fix the garage door first thing Monday morning. He was very polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!
