My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. Mr. Millsap was prompt and came the same day I called. He was able to program several remotes for me and also tuned up three garage doors...they are so quiet now I have to double check to make sure the door is open before I back out! Highly recommend!
Repairman came and made repairs very quickly. Very reasonable pricing!
Mr Millsap called me asking if he could change the appointment from two days in the future to the same day. It was convenient for me, so I told him yes. He arrived when he said he would and addressed my issue with my garage door opener, set the universal remote on my car to work with my opener and adjusted the door to operate more smoothly and charged me a reasonable amount for all the services. I'd call him again and recommend him to my family should they need such services.
Arrived on time. Taught me how to operate the electronics.

Garage door looked like a train wreck. Rollers popped off, guide rail jammed and bent, cable off drum on the left side. Mr. Millsap spent about an hour returning the wreckage to "as new" without any new parts. Great job!
