My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. Was hoping for spring adjustment, but springs had to be replaced. Had to come back with correct springs. In beginning, was told that they accepted charge cards, but not till payment time, I was told there was additional charge for credit card payment. Work satisfactory, but charges were at upper end of scale
