Terry was professional. Advised me of my options of repairing track, chain, and mechanism or installing a new opener. I opted for a new opener and while I went to Loews to purchase it, Terry dismantled the old one. Nice guy, didn't sell me anything that I didn't need ( like another company tried to (garage guru). Would recommend Millsap to family, friends, and neighbors.
