My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. Returned call in less than 5 minutes. Came to house in less than 4 hours.
Terry was professional. Advised me of my options of repairing track, chain, and mechanism or installing a new opener. I opted for a new opener and while I went to Loews to purchase it, Terry dismantled the old one. Nice guy, didn't sell me anything that I didn't need ( like another company tried to (garage guru). Would recommend Millsap to family, friends, and neighbors.
