My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. Arrived today, 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time. Ascertained the problem and set to work to repair the broken part. Was here approx .35 minutes and garage door was repaired to our satisfaction.

We are very pleased and actually blessed by Terry Millsaps work. We have very old heavy wooden garage doors that were out of level which caused the doors to stutter going up and down. He diagnosed the problem (pulley cable wheels were out of round) replaced the pulley wheels as well as a numbers of other items that needed fixing. He came the next day after the call and arrived on time. A wonderful person. We highly recommend him. Mr and Mrs Carden
