My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. Fantastic service. Arrived promptly when scheduled and completed the job quickly and within budget. I needed both tension springs replaced. After noticing that the doors force and sensitivity settings were wrong he set those to the correct settings and lubricated the entire assembly for no additional charge. Will do business with them again.
Terry quoted me a price to install a garage door and opener and two weeks later when he came out to install, it was the same price. He completed the job within 3-4 hours and it works great. Very satisfied and pleased with his service.
Absolutely wonderful job and very efficient
Mr. Millsapps was prompt in calling me to set up an appointment and gave me a fair quote for installing a new garage door and opener. I had a low overhead clearance problem but he solved it with little trouble. he gave me the quote on Thursday and came and installed the new door and opener on Monday. I would recommend Mr. Millsapps to anyone.

Excellent work, only complaint is new opener is nosier than the one it replaced.
I called Mr. Millsaps at 7:30 in the morning, he was at my house at 8:45 to verify what was needed and returned at 11:45 to replace garage door springs. Excellent, fast service and an excellent job!
Millsaps was very punctual. Work was expedited very quickly too.
Even though I live nearly an hour from this business, he still drove all the way to my residence even though I was his only stop. Seemed to be very thorough in checking everything out. I thought the price was a little steep, but I guess in today's society with gas prices and etc., you will have to pay a little more than what you think. I am very satisfied with the results however.
