My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. Mr. Millsap was very prompt; calling me the very next morning after I posted a request for help with my garage door. He was able to come out that morning and adjust the up and down traveling of my door. It worked for 5 days and then started going up and down by itself again. Mr. Millsap came back and readjusted the traveling once again and reprogrammed the remotes. So far I have had no further problem. Highly recommend.
Mr. Millsap was prompt, professional, and did what was needed to get the job done. Satisfied with the results.
