One of the best meals I've had in Indianapolis. I trust any kitchen that has blue painters tape and a bottle of Valentina hot sauce at their disposal. Greatness lives in the details!

Good job John! Good luck on this awesome addition to the city! We tried a little of everything, I was disappointed by nothing. The sorghum glazed (thick thick) bacon was outstanding! Loved the oat milk option for my espresso. I'll be back over and again!
Certainly, I had great company today, but beyond that- Upon entering Milktooth one is received by a space that is both cool and clean and yet warm with history, not bad, considering the last time I was in the space it was to get my brakes replaced. There is the most remarkable balance of diner, industrial, and a sharp modern city feeling. Enough warmth to balance the cool toned back wall and the daylight pouring in.
