45min to 1 hour wait on Sunday. The water they give you is okay. You can tell its tap. They could lower music volume down a little. Possibly a variety of music? Nice atmosphere inside and out.

My first visit to Milktooth was everything I'd hoped it would be and more. My meal was inventive, delicious and generously portioned. The waitresses and chefs we're welcoming and engaging. I plan to return often.

There is nothing about this place that I don't love. Midwestern ease and ingredients with world-class food.
Constantly evolving menu expertly executed! Superb staff- efficient, friendly, professional and relaxed. Love sitting at the bar watching the magic happen and occasionally sharing a word with the chefs! Never been disappointed. Sometimes there's a wait but good things come to those who wait...I promise you!!

I am sorry to say I was not impressed. The ambience is nice. The cooks were nice. The food was mediocre. The server was downright rude and condescending. I had to clean the bathroom before I could use it. It was sticky with various forms of other people's DNA. Thank heavens they had Clorox wipes in there. There was a hair in my food. All of this combined into one of the worst dining experiences in my life. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I'm hoping this is not the norm.
Absolutely amazing! Cool ambience and incredible menu! My kids loved it as well! I cannot wait to come back!!
