After a road trip to Wisconsin and back, my car was covered with dead bugs...about the worst I had ever seen it. I just had time for a quick wash ($15), but the service attendant told me he would let me run it through a second time, if it wasn't clean enough. When I checked it, the side view mirrors and the grill still had a few stubborn ones hanging on. When I pulled back through, he took extra time with a sponge to clean my mirrors and grill. RecommendedHeather and Trey worked their magic on our car! We had train oil all over the back window, top of the car, and the sides for over a month and they got it off! Perfectly spotless and shiny!! If there is anything you need done, they can make it happen. Not to mention the inside cleaning they did is amazing. Our car has never looked better! The beer we got while waiting didn’t hurt either 😉
Worst experience this morning at the Royal Oaks location! The pay kiosk wasn’t working so all the cars were turned away... I drove a ways and the customer service was poor. The man was friendly but mentioned his hands were tied. I won’t be back... Miles needs to train their staff in this situation and I believe a free wash should have been given to all 3 cars...that would at least ensure returning customers.. major fail. The xP #3 that includes hand dry is not worth it. You sit forever waiting to have your car hand dried while it dries. Need more people in the express towel dry and wheels section.
So done with Miles. Have been coming for over a year since moving to Franklin. Mediocre at best. Windows are always streaked. There is always a ton of staff, but they all move in slow motion. I have now been waiting one hour and fifteen minutes, almost to the vacuum. I watched as an employee moved my truck about three feet forward, slammed it into Park so hard the nose dipped. Then he jumped out leaving the door open and ran off. I will have to find somewhere else.
Very disappointed, stopped by before heading to a funeral. Obvious seats that had pet hair and a few strings hadn’t been touched. I understand you can’t get all pet hair but this is not acceptable. I can get more up with a hand held vacuum than your big vacuums did. Which is what I had to do!
