RecommendedI was having a stressful day trying to work from home with three kids, had a crazy headache and somehow lost my card in my car and was muttering to myself looking high and low for my card when the nicest guy came over and turned my day completely around. He stopped working on the other machine to come help me, a frazzled looking mom, and he just turned my day around with his kindness. Highly recommend this place because they hire the best people. My car is super clean too!
I had my truck detailed. When I picked it up they used some kind of harsh cleaner that rubbed off the finish and ruined my dash with exposed black spots. I filed complaint and owner declined to do anything about it. I have gifts cards I will never use again and they refused to refund. NEVER take your car to Miles Auto Spa!!!
RecommendedIf you want a very basic detail, this is the place to go. The mats were well vacuumed and windows were spotless, however some of the wipe down on the inside was insufficient. For that reason, I do think the detailing service is slightly overpriced. If your paying for a full detail, the car truly needs to be in pristine condition when finished. Perhaps more checks by management to ensure the full detail before calling customers out to retrieve their car?
the customer service sucked.. my car was somehat cleaned..i went home and funished it off..not worth $70 detailing.. not happy..
Very few cars. Slow service... Not as good as it once was .........
Great place if you want a half clean car! I've been twice and haven't been impressed either time.
