Property stolen from my car, never recovered. Had to call Franklin police before owner would even take me seriously.
Have used Miles for years but with other, better quality alternatives I won’t be going back. Ran my vehicle through the express location on Mallory, half the vehicle looked like it was untouched. Soap residue and now water spots everywhere. Save your money and avoid.

I have the baseline monthly membership and I really like it. I got my car fully detailed inside, and did have a few shortfalls (still gum on carpet and vents weren’t cleaned) however, they were great about fixing those issues and making sure I was satisfied.. overall I would definitely recommend miles.
Miserable people working there. Im sorry you had to come in to work today but its not my fault. Not helpful. Hurry up and get out of here attitude. Wont be back.
If you aren't going to offer the customary cleaning supplies included with your exterior washes amid the COVID-19 situation (a decision I support entirely), at least make that decision known to your customers *before* they pay for a full-price wash. Had I known I’d be paying full-price for an exterior wash without access to these supplies, I would have opted to clean the interior of my car at home and drive through a gas station exterior wash, costing less than half of what you charge. I have been a long time customer. Have always received great service and if any issues were handled promptly and professionally to my satisfaction. I wish they would retain the complete full service.
