Worst place ever takes an hour and they clean nothing!! Don’t go!!!!! Worst customer service and experience
Guy turned me away because my work truck had hay and gravel in the bed ok that’s fine. However, as he was walking away he said “He was too busy to deal with that.” There were exactly two other people there than me. I went down the road an extra mile and had no problems getting a wash elsewhere. If three customers make you to busy at an automated car wash you should probably get out of the business.

No vacuums Why would I want to go here I don’t have time to kill and you have to buy a detail package to get your car back and stupidest thing I’ve ever seen you get a lot more business with self-serve vacuums

We pay monthly for unlimited use but this is the third time we have gone and the Express on Royal Oaks has been closed. It’s sunny outside so no rain ...wondering what we’re paying for🤷🏼♀️
october 7 i went to 100 market exchange ct, franklin tn and i had an apointment to wash my car for a detailed complete polished and to wash the carpet and paid 275 dollars for the full thing and 100 dollars more for the wax and polish and i got a bad detail and the carpet wasnt wash well i didnt like the quality because they didnt polish it well enough
MILES They have no problem taking your money.. The man gave as bad directions, our rims ended up breaking and their true colors showed, they couldn't care less... Mind you we go there once a week . This was the first time we had a problem and they were complete asshole's.. we are so disappointed. If you have a nice car stay away. The Management completely sucks !!!! They are not empathetic at all.. That is not how you run a business.. Like I said they have no problem taking your money . NEVER AGAIN . ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. ... read more
