Antonio and Crew detailed my Kia Soul to look brand new and only took 1 hour,the carpets and seats where soiled in some areas where a 8 year old Maltese dog got car sick on seats and carpet and some Arm and Hammer leaked through the box soiled into carpet area too. I use the Express sometimes 2x per week. The staff is always courteous and efficient.
We paid $130 for detailing and were misinformed on what it included. We specifically asked that the carpets be cleaned and we selected the package that was recommended. Turns out the package did not include the carpets AND they lost a piece of our cup holder. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are replacing the missing piece but that doesn't help with the inconvenience.
Edit from 2 to 3 stars: Revisited Miles for another wash the next day. The man drying the car was nice enough to manually remove the bugs since they were still there after a second round of wash. Thanks. Basically a gas station car wash. The front of my car as well as the side mirrors are still littered with bug guts, despite paying for the most expensive exterior car wash.
I took my vehicle in Miles Express on Friday with absolutely no problems. I came through the car wash with the entire right side torn off & laying on the car wash ground. If that isn't biad enough I have experienced nothing but rude, disrespectful, horrible customer service from the manager DONOVAN! He seems to know nothing & can't say or do anything but state "l express your concern". After being told I would receive a phone call I received no phone & had to call them.
