They handle a lot of cars - especially on weekends. Eager to fix what they miss on the detailing. Supervisors outside are great with customer service
We take all our family vehicles to Miles and have only gotten great washes. The cars stay cleaner longer and I love their attention to detail at both locations. Their gift cards are great as well as the discount cards at Costco.
Miles is the best! I've been going for years and have always had the best experience. They invite you to inspect their work and point out if anything was missed (which they will address immediately). When I find any issues the regular staff is not sure about they will go grab a specialist to provide guidance. They always seem ready to go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They are a class act organization!
This location, just off Bakers Bridge, is a car wash on steroids. Absolutely the best example of "You get what you pay for" it's very comfortable to hang out while they take care of your car. They also have a stripped down version off of Mallory Station Road.
I love miles auto spa. My car is always beautiful and I love the retail therapy shop.
MILES Auto Spa, at both of their locations is hands down the best wash in the Nashville area. Their level of service and professionalism is un-matched by anyone. Their staff is always very friendly and they get the job done in a timely manor, but most of all they always leave your vehicle shining as if it were right off the show room floor. I recommend this place to anyone with any vehicle from trucks to exotics, they've got you covered!
I've been to my fair share of car washes, and for the volume of cars they have going through there, they are the fastest (w/o sacrificing quality) that I have seen! And the work is great - but if it's not, they will make it right. I payed additional for tire cleaning & noticed there was still some black soot on my rims & when I pointed it out the attendant went right to work on that one tire & checked the other 3, too. I am a very picky customer as I used to wash cars as my first job. MILES is an absolutely fantastic location. Excellent customer service and meticulous workers do a great job at quickly and efficiently getting you back on the road ... All spiffy!
How early you have to come to get a detail? Came 3 hours before they closed with no one here and they didn't have time for me.
