Disappointed when my car had 2 visible dents on the passenger side at the exact height and the same shape like a roller hit the car, spun and hit it again. I had my receipt, time of wash and called to tell management. I had a knee injury, unable to drive and was unable to get in to talk to a manager in person right away. I asked for them to review their tapes. They refused to show me the tape and said this could not happen at their wash. I am a member and am there a there multiple times each week. Very few businesses hit 100% every day.... but the staff is committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. I have never had a small issue not immediately resolved to my satisfaction.
I have been by the new location twice now and the conveyor belt has been down? I was excited this location is much more convenient for me, but I will not be back a third time.
We had a car for trade in detailed at the M6 level. The attention to detail on cleaning it up was excellent! The car looked great before we sold it.
I've been a customer for a few years now, I get my car washed no less than twice a week. I just picked up my SUV and was surprised to find cash sitting in my middle console. Apparently I had dropped cash between the seats, this money easily could have been pocketed and I would have never known otherwise. In a world where morals seem to be few and far between it was nice to find this surprise. I stuck the cash in the tip box as a "Thank you" for being a honest! Keep up the great work!

They were very helpful and friendly but the back of my car was still very dirty (a van) and there was soap left on my mirrors. Not worth $15.
Not worth the money or my time. Never again !!!!!!!
Just had the worst experience here. This is the most inefficiently run place of business I've ever seen in my life. Instead of working on the car in the front of the line they work on the one in back. The vacuum and clean the windows multiple times instead of doing it correctly the first time. Also, when my vehicle made it up to the front line they said it needed a little more vacuuming and some other stuff, but they never touched my vehicle again.
