Can't beat the Unlimited Miles. Keeps the car looking good.
Got the 23.00 car wash (sorry my reciept is blurry)..I am extremely disappointed. The console was not cleaned the inside doors were not cleaned. The vaccum was terrible the back wasnt vaccumed at all, this would have taken 2 minutes at the most, i had to revaccum backseat floors and and front. I will not be returning ..ill go to anotherr car wash Shame on you .
An hour and twenty minutes is way to long for an M2 wash when it's not very busy. Watching every car leave then the next six to eight that came after can be frustrating. The car went through the tunnel and sat almost 40 minutes before anyone touched it. Service here over the past few months has gotten slower and slower. Used to be 30 minutes was a long wait. I will not be renewing my unlimited miles membership.

Like the other car wash in town missed the tail gate how hard is it to do the entire vehicle?
You should consider taking appointments if you are going to call your business a high end car wash. Called today and was told they would be able to do an exterior detail on my car, made the trip only to be told they are not doing exterior details due to volume. Was offered exterior wash with an hour wait time, no thanks. I get that it is difficult to predict volume, but you should stick to what your customer service is telling customers. Great service. Comfortable waiting area. Quality work. Don't mind paying a little extra for the best.
Have used your service many times with no issues until today. When you get a M2 wash, vacuuming under the mats was part of the package. It was my fault for not checking the entire truck, but I thought I knew this place and had no issues before so I did not look over the entire truck.
