Wow! Just wanted to post about Miles, my husband and I use Miles once a week because we are very particular about our cars being kept clean and taken care of. Always done in excellence, what I love is when they call you to come to your car you are allowed and asked to look it over to make sure it meets your expectation, which is unusual. Very impressed with the interior/exterior wash on the trucks I've taken through. Very good quality.
I used the Auto Express today as I needed to get a quick wash. Also, use the Auto Spa & they really take pride in being sure you are satisfied with your clean car! Great service!
Although the wash is good once it's done, getting through the line can be long as the people who run it are inefficient. I've waited in line for up to 5 minutes (I'm the first in line, too!) while the guys slowly check in people in the full service lane. In my opinion, they could have quickly gotten those of us in the "non full service" line started, then returned to the full service line to complete the longer process of checking them in. Love Miles Auto Spa!!! Ive been taking my cars here for years and they never disappoint. Great customer service and my car is spotless. Best staff in town. They work so hard and clean so many cars daily I really appreciate Miles Auto Spa and the staff here -- will continue to support this business!!
If you publish your operating hours then you should operate during those hours. Two days in a row I have been here waiting, but no service. And I'm not talking about 5 or 10 minutes...45 minutes and nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.
