I have owned several cars and dealt with many dealerships in 6 different cities. Hands down the best service experience I've ever had was at Mile High Acura. And specifically with Mark Jarvis. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel pressured to get additional things done to my car when I would bring it in. Mark has superb knowledge of our two Acura's (MDX and TLS). He is honest and straight forward. When he says we need to replace something we trust his judgment. He is the Dean of the Service staff. Mile High is fortunate to have Mark on their team. Mark keeps me informed of the progress and status of our cars when being serviced and makes us feel as valued customers to Mile High.

Mark Jarvis recommended the sales manager whom my family has bought three cars through. Anytime we come to get a service we are treated with the up most respect and courtesy. Mark always has a ride lined up to get us back to work and calls when the service is complete. The prices have always been fair for me. I like to personally work with Mark, as we have built a relationship over the last several years. Thank you Mark, you have made our experience a positive one.

My first experience with Mile High Acura was in 1987, my first 1987 Acura which I kept for 12 yrs. The next was 1994 Integra, that's when I met mark Jarvis and have dealt with him ever since. My current Acura is a 2006 RSX which I love and again, Mark Jarvis. His professionalism is top notch and a great personality. He's a great spokes person for Mile High Acura, very knowledgable. Acura should be proud to have him on board.

The service dept. did an excellent job with my Acura. it was done professionally and on time. The car is running well, is clean and has had no major issues in the year and a half that I have owned it. i would buy another one from Mile High in a minute. Great guys to work with.

I have been going to Mile Hi Acura for service for the last 10 years, and have always been treated well. Everyone there takes the time to explain exactly what has to be done in terms that someone who knows almost nothing about the inside of a car can understand. I deal with Mark Jarvis specifically who is the consummate professional; friendly and courteous. The work is done efficiently, and I have never had problems. Mark and Mile High Acura are a very professional organization. Time after time their service estimates and punctuality of product have been "right on the money". Numerous times Mark has gone out of his way to solve some complex maintenance situations for me. Mark and Mile High do business the right way.
