I started using Mile High Acura Service Department when I purchased my Acura Legend in 2004.Here I met Mark Jarvis, who makes Mile High Acura Service Department the Best Service Department in Colorado. Because of Mark, most of my services are performed here and I have been very satisfied. Awesome Job Mark!!!!

I’ve had Hondas for years before I got this TSX, and I’ve always had a good service at Mile High. The people are friendly, and the coffee’s hot. They got sensor fixed this time, and washed in good time. I’ll be coming back as long as I live in Denver.

I have had many different brands of automobiles over time, and one thing always seemed to be a constant - if I continued to take it to the dealer for regular service, then something always came up that drove the price of even a routine visit to hundreds of dollars. I have been a Mile High customer since 1986 and have purchased two vehicles, the first a 1986 Legend. At first the service department was vey negative--told us the 1986 Legend was a lemon. But then that changed and I have been treated very well. Especially since Mark Jarvis became my Service Representative. I purchased my Acura MDX new from Mile High Acura in 2004 and had a great experience. I have had it serviced there ever since and have received outstanding, personal service from the service department, especially Mark Jarvis. He made sure everything was done on time and to my satisfaction.

I have bought two new Acuras from Mile High Acura. The sales staff was very informative and professional. I would highly recommend them. The service department is excellent. My rep is Mark Jarvis. He is very knowledgable, professional, and friendly. My car is always washed and done correctly. I even love paying the bill with Loretta

Mark Jarvis is the best service professional we have ever worked with at a Dealership. We have been loyal to him, as he is to us, for over 10 years. He treats all people and problems equally, and makes the customers needs top priority. While we are loyal to Acura as to the cars we drive, part of our confidence and affection comes from our relationship with Mark.

I take pride in keeping my car running in excellent condition and have over 270k miles on my vehicle. Mark and other staff members have the same type of pride in helping their customers maintain the quality that is Acura. Service department is very dependable to keep my car running at all times.

I have been a customer of Mile High since my original car purchase back in laye 2002. The staff at Mile High have always been kind, friendly,and very personable. I have a good relationship with Mark Jarvis, and feel well taken care of on every service visit! I am recognized when I come in, and feel welcomed when I am there.
