When my car needed to be serviced, Mark always called me. There were a few times where I brought my car in without an appointment, and Mark was always able to accomidate me and supply me with a LOANER car. Any questions I had were always answered clearly. Great Service, Great Personnel, and a great product. Mark treated me as if I was his only customer.

My husband and I had my 1988 Acura Legend serviced by Mark Jarvis since our purchase. Mark has consistently denmonstrated complete professionalism, unbelievable product knowledge and impeccable character throughout all our encounters. I have always found the service department, especially I have always found the service department, especially Mark Jarvis, very knowledgeable and helpful. He has always made me feel like an old friend. Whenever I have waited for service to be completed there is a very comfortable place to wait, and still be kept well informed of the progress of my car.

The reason I will continue buying Acuras is do to the excellent service I get from Mark Jarvis. The service department always meets or exceed their time estimates. I believe they do everything possible to keep my car in excellent condition. I really appreciate the care you take with my car.

Mark was very helpful in the context of an unscheduled visit that turned out to involve more work than we had anticipated. He even rememberd us from a previous visit; although, we live more than 5 hours away and get to Denver infrequently. The car was ready at exactly the time promised.

Mark Jarvis is always a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always tries to make sure your service problems are efficiently and correctly taken care of. Mark also seems to have the natural ability to remember customers and to greet them by name when they visit the service department. Mile High Acura should consider itself fortunate to have an employee like Mark.

My experience with Mile High Acura has been extremely positive. The service has been responsive and reliable, but most importantly to me has been the ability to work with 1 person who knows me and I can connect with. Mark Jarvis, is the reason that I keep coming back to Mile High. I feel extremely comfortable with him and he has bent over backwards to make me feel important to the company. I can get my car worked on almost anywhere, but I can’t get the great customer service anywhere!

This is my second Acrua in the last 22 years. I am the one who takes the cars to have regular service work done and to have any repairs looked after, which are very few. Each time I go the service department Mark knows my name, has the paperwork ready, and gives me an estimate of how long it would take. He makes sure that I am informed of issues with the car that need my attention, and is always ready for alternatives. Mark is a friend as well as greatm service rep.

Service department is much better than your sales department. Service techs are very friendly, business like and seem to care that me and my car are taken care of. All the service people are terrific but Mark Jarvis is fabulous in his position! It is because of people like this that your core customers keep coming back.
