Mark Jarvis provides destinctively personal service when I bring my 2003 Acura TL to Mile High for periodic service. He follows up on all work performed to ensure I personally understand what service must be performed and what can be delayed. In the case of a motor mount he told me how I could save money by waiting until the timing belt was changed to have the motor mount also changed at that time.

Been very please with Mile Hi Acura and Service advisor Mark Javis. His a rare guy nice knowledgable and caring.He even go the extra mile to make sure the my problem is solved. Even if he doesn't no the answer he will research and get back at you that very important to me. Keep up the good work and I will return.

I have been associated with Mile High Acura for 15 years. I have always received excellent care and service. Mark Jarvis has been the rock in the middle of all of my dealings with the dealership. He is professional and courteous and always willing to help. I look forward to seeing him every time I bring in my vehicle.

Mark is by far the most helpful, hard working, and consistent person we've worked with in ANY customer service role, let alone auto service. We routinely drive 6+ hours to have our RDX & MDX serviced at Mile High because of the great help we've received there, and we whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone!

Mark Jarvis in service is always friendly, helpful, and as accommodating as possible. A pleasure to work with. The auto sales staff is better than some I have dealt with but no more than that. Fortunately, they are not responsible for the quality of the cars.

We had an excellent experience at Mile High. Corey was extremely professional and was able to answer all of our questions. We were very impressed with how he took the time to help us find a car that has been the perfect fit. We were also very impressed with Mile High's follow through after the sale. We will definitely be returning to Corey at Mile High for our next vehicle purchase.

I've been to other Acura Dealerships, but Mile High Acura is the best. Service is always perfect and your service consultants are great. Mark is always a pleasure and knows how to connect with his customers. My husband and I are always happy with Mark. Brittany was very courteous and kept me informed along the way.

In my many years as a car owner, I have never had the exceptional service that I consistently experience with Mark Jarvis and the Mile High Service Department. Mark is always prepared to answer my often inane questions with patience and understandable information. He explains the necessity for the current service and also helps me to anticipate any future service visits. He has represented me with Acura with a premature transmission problem that Acura then replaced, and genuinely looks out for the interests of his customers.... read more

I love working with Mark Jarvis. He is always willing to listen to your concerns. He explains everything in detail and has the most wonderful personality. He treats you as if you ARE important and with respect. he never acts as if you are a bother to him.
