Want to commend the Mile High Acura service team for their exceptional and courteous service recently delivered to me and my family. Particularly want to recognize Brittney Waters for somehow squeezing us in to her same day service log and not only diagnosing the problem, but providing a same day fix. We were traveling through the area from out of town and were in a pickle with a major breakdown. Brittney was incredibly accommodating despite a service schedule that was fully loaded. When I arrived at the dealership, Mr Green greeted me When I arrived at the dealership, Mr Green greeted me with a warm, and friendly smile. He was very professional, in his approach, and within a few minites, information was being gathered inorder to properly assist me or direct me to someone else.

On 7/23/2011, I visited Mile High Acura to purchase a '11 Acura MDX. The salesman, Randy Schmuki, was one word...."Outstanding". He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had myself & my families best interests in mind. The experience was painless, and Mile High Acura has gained a customer for life. Matthew was very good at helping first decide which car would be best for me, and whether I wanted a used 2010 or a new 2011. He explained the advantages of Acura over a couple of other brands I was considering. He also explained car features and helped set up my cell phone more than once. Plus he is a fun and upbeat person.

I went to Mile High Acura with my eyes on a beautiful 2009 TSX and left a happy customer. This was my first vehicle that I was purchasing on my own and I was quite nervous about the overall experience. Purchased a low mileage TL from Matt Heintz. Matt provided excellent customer service and continues to answer my follow up emails/general questions, even after the car purchase. His knowledge of the car and its functions was very evident - most of the car salesmen I spoke to (at other dealers) while looking for this type of vehicle were technically challenged. Because Matt didn't act like the "stereotypical" car salesman, he made the car purchase as painless as possible. Great job Matt!

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and had narrowed our initial list down to 5 or 6 vehicles based on Consumer Reports studies. We were partial to the Acura based on a driving experience a couple of years before. John greeted us as we walked in, showed us a car and had us in a demo in about 10 minutes with no problems.
