This was my WORST car buying experience ever! It took me 7 hours to leave with my truck. Unless if you plan on going there and bowing down to these turds don't expect any kinda respect whatsoever! It took 4.5 hours after the deal was finalized and agreed on. This dealership is the most unorganized dealership I have ever stepped foot in! Matt took an interest to make sure the car buying experience is a positive one for his customers. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable getting the settings correct witht he gadgets on the car while it was well after closing time. He will be my next car sales person as well, when I'm ready for another car.

We are so pleased with the purchase of our new Acura RDX! Matt Heintz, the sales advisor who assisted us, was so patient; plus, he really knows the important details of the Acura cars. The RDX is an absolute pleasure to drive. Previously, we had purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe which we owned for 6 months, but returned it to the dealer after we had numerous mechanical problems. We couldn't be happier with Mile High Acura and Matt!!
