I purchased an Acura RDX2014 in July of this year. I love my new car and the buying experience was painless because of my great sales person Matt Heintz. I believe that I put off purchasing a new car for as long as I did just because my previous experience with my last car at a Toyota dealership was so terrible. I believe that we were treated fairly and not pressured. Cameron followed through very nicely with letters and did not bother us when we had a death in the family. Was very honest and did not make us feel silly. I enjoyed working with him.

We recently purchased a new 2013 Acura RDX. The sales team we worked with was Matthew Heintz and Randy Schmuki. We had purchased a vehicle from Matthew in 2007 that was a very positive sales experience. Since then Matthew checked in with us regularly, and the service department has been very good. Impressed with service from initial phone call for appointment, to picking up my vehicle the same day. Fast, efficient and professional handling of warranty work performed on my Acura. After having owned a Honda for many years, I recently purchased an Acura and love it! I am now a big fan of Mile High Acura. Keep on doing a great job and I will keep coming back...

It was a real pleasure to purchase a new car with Matt Heintz. I found the dealership through a group buying service and when my wife and I arrived, Matt was introduced as our salesman. We were not committed to buy but very interested and Matt made the sale. He was very thorough with an explanation of every option, operation of the advanced systems and assessory options. Later we linked up with Brittney Waters as a service representative to purchase and install assessories. She was great! Thanks to both, it was our pleasure!

Recently purchased a used Acura and after this super cold (Bronco playoff) weekend, I discovered that the original battery needed to be replaced. Fortunately, the car was still under warranty so the new battery was covered! Service department was great and took care of me right away. I called in on a Tuesday evening and the service was completed the very next day! Don was very courteous, efficient, helpful and professional. What more could one ask for? I was very pleased with the new car buying experience provided by Matt. I have never been a big fan of the process of buying a new car and he made it as easy as possible. The customer service was outstanding. He was very respectful and helpful during the whole time. I loved how he brought the car into the showroom and went through every feature in the car. Working with Matt Heinz was a real pleasure, his demeanor and attitude was just wonderful. I never felt any pressure and he was able to answer all my questions and worked with me to get the right RDX. His knowledge of the vehicles and the functionality of the technology was a bonus, he spent over an hour with me making sure I understood how everything works. I worked with Matt on the purchase of a new MDX in December 2013. Overall, the experience was first-rate. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy. We didn't have to argue about the price or the accessories (which I hate). I'd recommend Matt to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.
