It's Always Nice to Work with a Friendly Face I purchased an Acura TL, in 2006, from Matt Heintz and because that experience was so great, I never forgot his name. The best new car buying experience We are on Acura #9...almost every model ever manufactured. Recently leased a 2015 MDX from Matt Heintz...who is the BEST. Matt has made the last several lease/purchases a very quick and enjoyable experience...which for most of us is a dreaded wasted day. The service department is also top-notch, specifically Brittney & Mark.
Bad Customer Experience Just for a Test Drive I just drove up there to do a test drive of the 2014/2015 Acura RDX and the attitude of these guys suck. I told them I am still doing my research in the car buying and not decided yet. As soon they learned i m not buying today, their attitude was like " why waste our time?" Very disappointing. I'd been to this dealership for service for years. When it was time to trade in the MDX, the sales people were extremely disappointing. They don't quite understand the information age and only want you to come into the dealership. Questions about price take multiple people and multiple trips to the GM's office to get answered. I stopped by to do some more research on an RLX at around 6:45PM on a Monday. I was going back and forth between the RLX and MDX. We talked about the features of both vehicle and I gave Matt some information about what I was looking for etc. He suggested that I drive the RLX, so we did just that. After we got back we did the typical see what your trade is worth. A manager, to whom I can't recall came out and talked with me about the trade.
