Great explanation of work to be done, what was done and what to expect in near future visits. I appreciate the time taken to do this. Poor experience at Mile High Acura I had a bad experience at Mile High and decided to buy my new car elsewhere when after negotiating a fair price for a new MDX, Mile High proposed a very low price for my trade-in. Went elsewhere, got similar price on the new car, and my trade-in was valued $4,000 more than the offer from Mile High.

Buying a New Car for the First Time. Went in to buy my new and first car that I have bought myself and Mile High Acura not only had the EXACT car I wanted, but they had the great service that I expected as well. Jeff was my sales rep and Brian was my finance organizer. Everyone there was nice and accommodating in EVERY way possible. Now I have the car of my DREAMS!!! Thank you again all :)

Exceptional Customer Service and Fair Prices! The salesperson, Jeff Thornton is the the biggest reason we bought our MDX from Mile High Acura. He is a no pressure, knowledgeable salesperson. He even drove to my house after I bought the car to remove sticky stuff from the price sticker and the dealership logo off the back. Fair, Comfortable Negotiation I made a fair offer on a vehicle on a vehicle through e-mail communication. Salesman Jeff Thornton and GM Robert Groves accepted my offer. These gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. The transaction was quick and easy when I was at the dealership and decided to purchase the vehicle. I had a very good experience there and would recommend dealing with these two employees when purchasing a car there.
