As always the best service in town Since moving here I have never had better service at anytime in my car ownership history. Acura spoils my expectations and I have owned all kinds of cars including Infiniti, MBZ, Lexus and others and Acura and especially mile high are the top service dealers.

Mark Jarvis in Service Department Mark Jarvis in the Service Department is phenomenal! He's been my service person for many years and I can't imagine using anyone else. He's the reason I continue to own Acuras and go to Mile Hi for service..

Excellent service We have purchased many cars from Mile HIgh Acura and find their customer service to be consistently superior. Matthew Heintz in particular made both my husband and me secure that the new cars that we purchased were well suited for our needs and we know the dealership will do quality service and repairs.

2nd Chance, well worth it. I had taken my wife's Acura TL in due to a check engine light, tighten gas cap error and the vehicle not starting when letting sit for a few days. The battery was recently replaced but the issue is on going. We were told the issue was due to one of the terminal wires being clipped in the past and allowed liquid to get inside the housing and caused it to corrosion. The cable was cleaned and oiled by the service depart and I was told that was the only issue causing the battery drain. The check engine... read more

Airbag Repair Chris Smith did a great job juggling airbags to make sure my RDX Takata airbag was repaired since it had been sitting at the dealership for 3 months.

Good Experience It was a pleasant experience working with the dealership, particularly Jon Maxey, who provided all the information we were looking for to decide and purchase a certified Acura MDX. The price was little high than the other dealership, but Mile High was able to match it.

Helpful and professional Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the way we were treated at Mile High with one exception. Randy Schmuki, our salesman, did not engage in high pressure salesmanship; I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would have given Mile High five stars but for one glitch; the dealership advertises online that their fees are included in the sale price, but then tried to add them in just before we closed the deal. We worked it out but this was a bit disappointing.

My first bad experience with the service department /Strik 2 We had to deal with the Takata Airbag issue, and also knew we were due for an oil change after a drive out east. We were given a rental car and so far that has gone well. My Acura sat in the garage waiting for the parts and time to schedule the repair since the day I picked up the rental. Customer Satisfaction from Mile High Acura for Over 20 Years I recently traded in a 1996 Acura Integra that was previously purchased at and serviced by Mile High Acura for the past twenty years for a new 2016 Acura ILX.
