Time wasters, don't care about customer's time - Zero faith Before I start let me say that I have been to other Acura dealership for service but this service center was a total disappointment. After making an appointment I dropped my car, but the evening was a total disappointment with this service center and service consultant. Hi I don't know what you can do to change? The five stars was given for Sales. As for service so after taking my car they could have called me to inform that the work was not done, but instead , when I arrived to pick up my car, I am told that one out of 4 things is done, when I asked for the car back I am told to leave the car and I am promised that the other 4 things will be done by next noon. Purchased multiple vehicles I have Purchased multiple cars from Erik Traeber of Mile High Acura. Last week I bought a 2018 TLX A-Spec as the most recent one. Erik is easy to work with, knows every detail about every car, and when it comes time to close the deal, he is buttoned up and there is no haggling or wasted time. The service department is also top notch.
Purchased Acura TLX Randy Schmuki was a pleasure to work with and has wonderful customer service skills. He listened to ‘what matters most’ and was informative and knowledgeable. I would refer my friends and family to him. I have used this dealership in the past for parts and repairs on previously owned Acura’s and have always been satisfied with their service.
Do not go to MHA!!! They will ruin your car!!! WARNING!!!! Don't ever buy from or take your car to mile high Acura!! Worst experience ever. Our RLX had a flat tire. On top of taking more than a week to repair something so simple, they ruined our heat shield on the bottom of our car. They refused to replace the heat shield for free, made us pay for it and told us to take it up with their insurance. So our flat tire cost us $600, a week with no car (they didn't provide a loaner), and the worst customer service I have ever seen... read more

Mile High Acura had the Volvo XC90 V8 that I wanted! I am a retired engineer who checks his tire pressure twice a month. I drove Saabs for 23 years and Volvos for the past 15years. Friendly, fair and efficient. I worked with Willie Shepard and Dean. Both were friendly and helpful. My daughter recommended the dealership. She was right. Willie is an old friend of mine. He was the first person I saw when I entered the showroom. I think he is new to the dealership, but between him and Dean the whole experience was positive and I am happy with my new RDX.
