Exceptional Service This is my second RDX lease, personally. I grew up coming to the dealership and have since adopted it as my preferred dealer. Great sales and finance experience. This was our fourth leased vehicle with Matthew Heintz, he is wonderful to work with, very knowledgable. We recommend him to any of our friends looking at Acura vehicles. Finance department is quick and easy to work with.

Outstanding I have only wonderful things to say about this dealership! I searched for over a year for my car. I visited all Acura dealerships in the Metro Denver area. I found a great sales associate in Matt Heinz at Mile High Acura. Then, as part of the purchase, Matt introduced me to Mark Jarvis in the Service Department. My MDX had some glitches — some issues were “operator ignorance” — which permitted me to work with Mark. His friendly, patient demeanor makes it comfortable for owners to ask any and all questions.

Dealership totaled my car while in for repair!! Dealership totaled my car while in for repair and tried to hide it, they tried to “pay me off” not to leave reviews. 9/5/17 I received a call from the service department saying my car was involved in an incident at the shop that they had found that morning. Casey Irvine, Assistant Parts Manager, SUPER! Went in to get wiper blades for my MDX. Casey went to my car and told me all I needed was inserts, which was 1/2 the price of totally new blades. Not only did he save me money, he even installed them on the spot. Service was above and beyond. We have bought 3 new Acura's over the years and Mile High has been GREAT!
