Sensational service, friendly atmosphere The normal sentiment when you need your car serviced is dread. When I bring my car into Mile High Acura, I almost look forward to the experience. I know I will be met with friendly professional folks who really seem to care about the customer experience. I worked with Mark Jarvis who was excellent. I even mentioned it was my birthday in a few days and he gave me a $30 off my next service. Great service Bought my car there, have had all my service there. My car has 135K miles and they inspect for upcoming ideas to put on the watch list. This time I came in with a battery problem without an appointment and they gave me a loaner car.

Great personal service from Mark Jarvis. Usually quick fixes Every time I have the smallest of problems I can drive right in and most of the time can wait for them to be fixed. If they have to keep my car, like they did this year, they were willing to loan me a car. Mark has been my personal service rep and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

bought a used Audi We bought a used Audi Q5 a few weeks ago from Mile High. The next day, we started hearing a noise from the front tires. We brought it back to them for an assessment and, since it was an Audi, they offered to send it to their Audi dealer if they couldn't figure it out. They replaced the front wheel bearings and tires...no cost to us. It may have taken a bit longer than we would have wanted but they took care of the problem and didn't charge us. 2007 Honda CRV There were a few issues with the lights and locks on the car. The issues were resolved and my costs for repair were reimbursed by Gene Galushko.
Excellent Service! I am so appreciative for Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura! He schedules appointments when they are convenient for me, he ensures that I am in and out the door in a timely manner, and he ensures that everything is checked and necessary repairs are made to my car! And he does all of this with a smile on his face and a friendly disposition!!

Very helpful and fast This dealership was a very personalized experience, and they care about all concerns and what you're truly trying to do. If you don't like one option they will bring you through a lot of other options to make sure you're comfortable and ready to move on. We had Jesse Billings as our sales representative, and he was full of knowledge, and helped us with every question we had.
Horrible customer service at the Service Dept I have been going to this dealership for service since I got my Acura RDX 2015. They've always been ok not great. This time I setup an online appointment, called and talked to a service person and reconfirmed, added notes on what additional work I needed, booked a loaner.
