Excellent, Simple, Low Pressure New Car Buying Experience The new TLX was on lot and we negotiated the price and details in less than an hour with no issues or hassles. First Service in Denver This was my first auto service after moving to Denver. The personal attention by the service advisor (Mark Jarvis) was greater than I have experienced in any previous situations, the work was completed promptly, and the price was very reasonable.
Excellent Service experience I could not have asked for a better experience with my most recent visit to the Service area. I asked fo an appointment on a given day, and I got it. I was told they'd call me before noon with an analysis, and I think i was called before 9 AM. They later called my by 1:00 to tell me the car was ready, and the charge was exactly what they estimated.
