Mark is one of the best service people I have ever worked with. He always is pleasant and greets me by name every time I am in. I never worry about being taken advantage of or sold something I don't need. The service department at Mile High is the stongest part of the dealership and the reason I have been a repeat customer.

Every visit was not only pleasant but friendly. I was well taken care of and any time that I had a question my calls were returned promtly. Thank you so much to Don Shelton and Mile High Acura. I would continue to take my car to Mile High but unfortunatly I have moved to another state. I hope to receive the same customer serivce as I previously did at Mile High.

Mark and Acura always put the customer first and are very accomodating to schedules, budgets, etc. They are upfront about what my car needs, and I don't get the impression that they are requesting unneeded services. Mark is always friendly and personal and provides excellent customer service.

Mark Jarvis provides informative and exceptional service every time I visit this dealership. The environment at the dealership when waiting was comfortable. The wait time was accurate as to how long I would be waiting. I will recommend this service agent to others with Acuras.

These were wonderful people to work with - they made it so easy. I was especially impressed with the time Erik took to explain everything on the techinal side (was there about 3 hours) and his availability and willingness to answer questions since I've brought it home. Thanks a bunch!!!

I have always had either Honda or Acura cars and i LOVE them what does make me keep coming back is the service after i bought. Mark has been outstanding and i have worked with him for years since i bought my car 10 years ago. I will be buying a new car soon and their are a lot of cars out there but i don't think i can go away from the Acura's. Thank you Mark for all you have done for me over the years.
