We bought a 2016 Buick from Mike Shaw and were invited to a clinic/seminar to get any of our questions answered that had come up after we had driven the car for a while. Mike Shaw had soft drinks, food and all kinds of prizes on hand. It was fun, informative and very much appreciated. Thank you. We love the new car. It is beautiful and runs really well. Do not shop here!!!! I'm a military spouse, and a sales guy at the used vehicle part made a comment about how easy his job was going to be since my husband is deployed, and giggled. This in no way shape or form is funny that my husband is deployed. Obviously these ppl have no respect for the men that they need to thank for their freedom. We've been customers and after this treatment I'm not going back.

In my past life I did work related to the Malcolm Baldrige Award and if I could, I would recommend this dealership as a recipient.
Acted annoyed that they had to assist us in looking at 2 vehicles. One vehicle smelled like pet urine and mildew and had a broken windshield even, the sales person didn't seem concerned. He disappeared when we requested to look at another vehicle. So we went across the road and bought a car at Red Noland.
In negotiations for a 2009 a YUKON...hopefully they can pull through to meet our proposal. Fingers crossed!!!
