Very poor experience. I gave the dealer a $5000.00 deposit to hold a vehicle. I purchased plane tickets to fly in from Idaho on Friday. I was called by the sales manager 2 hours after I had purchased the tickets to tell me he had a friend coming in later in the day to possibly purchase the vehicle. I was contacted by the salesman @ 6:30 in the evening to tell me he had sold the vehicle. I'm now trying to cancel plane tickets and follow up with my credit card company to see if the deposit has been refunded. All of this took p... read more

Very nice staff and not pushy at all. They made sure we walked out with a price we were comfortable with. Very happy with our VW Jetta Autobahn. They were the only dealers to carry!
The absolute worst experience EVER. The only reason I rated one star is because zero stars is not an option. We bought a Suzuki and LOVE IT! However, the service we received when buying the car and since has been unbelievably disappointing. We felt swindled while signing the bank papers when thinking we were getting a better deal on the car turned into a seven year loan. We were promised body repair, as a priority from an earlier hail storm, which went from a projected two to three days, to now going on three weeks or more. ... read more
Worst experience ever, even outside of buying cars. These people are swindlers, genuine scam artists, feeling sorry for myself but even more so for the next poor sap who gets suckered in to a deal with this company.
