I had some warranty items checked out. The service was super friendly, Eric Bates was pretty good about communicating what was going on. I had an appointment for 7am but my car wasn't looked at till noonish, not a fan of that because what is the point of an appointment then? I will be going back though, polite, professional, and helpful!
This review is long overdue - we were on a cross country journey in May and ran into some issues with a sensor in our new GMC 250 Denali diesel truck. Of course it happened on a weekend and we were towing an Airstream. Fortunately, Eric Bates was on duty in service and he could not have been more helpful.
