Tell your salesmen to watch their facial expressions when you say it’s not the 2019 I’m looking for it’s the 2013. My apologies on not wanting to test drive your $70k truck and only wanting to test drive the $42k truck. Quentin when you know someone is coming to look at a vehicle get it ready. Also don’t have another salesman show it for you. First impressions are everything and you have failed on all levels. The general managers should do a better job training its employees on how to treat its Potential customers.
