Awesome group of service pros. I have delt with many dealers and bar none these guys are helpful, professional and top of the list. They also recommend a product to me which I still can't believe. I have been having some oil consumption issues. They added something called "BG" EPR and MOA to an oil service. It's been a while now and low and behold no more oil consumption issues. Great place to take my new Terrain for service. I would highly recommend it.
The worst customer service on the planet! Buy a brand new vehicle and on its first oil change here, they leave all the bolts out of my air cleaner housing. Now after only getting all of my service done here and never being told there is ever an issue with anything, I find out there was a customer satisfaction campaign that was never completed despite the fact it was here for service no less than 4 times while the campaign was open. I get most of my service at Mike Shaw Buick-GMC. Driving a 10 year-old Isuzu I-370 Crew Cab, 4WD pick-up leaves few places where I can get service. Since this truck is a Canyon-Colorado clone, Mike Shaw is the obvious place to go. Recently, I had to have all my front light fixtures replaced: the plastic lenses on the original lights were too yellowed and opaqued with age, and they had moisture inside them to the extent that they hardly worked.
